From the west, take I-86 E to exit 12 for NY-60 toward Jamestown. From the north, take I-90 W to exit 59 for NY-60 toward Dunkirk/Fredonia, then take NY-60 S. From the east, take NY-17 W/Southern Tier Expy to exit 12 for NY-60 toward Jamestown. And from the south, take I-79 N to exit 178A to merge onto I-90 E toward Buffalo, then take exit 37 to merge onto I-86 E toward Jamestown, then take exit 12 for NY-60 toward Jamestown.
