RTPI hosts Banff Mountain Film Festival in Jamestown

RTPI BRINGS BANFF FILM FESTIVAL TO CIVIC CENTER ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 10

Whether you're an extreme sport enthusiast, an armchair adventurer or lifelong learner, the Banff Mountain Film Festival is for you. Films offer breathtaking footage including selections on exploration and adventure, culture and environment, and mountain sports. Jamestown Audubon at Southern Tier for Whirl

Please hurry and reserve your spot for the Woodcock Whirl at the Southern Tier Brewery on Thursday, April 11 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m! Seating is limited to the first 60 adults who call! Reservations are $25 per person or $40 per couple. 

The Jamestown Audubon Society invites you to come enjoy snacks and brews while you learn about the American Woodcock and perhaps witness a few in flight.

Tonight - Every Little Black Dress at Train Station

 

 

Every Little Black Dress Needs a Pink Ribbon will be held Saturday, March 23, from 7-10 p.m. at the Jamestown Gateway Station on West Second Street.

The upcoming gala event will feature hors d'oeuvres, wine and beer, entertainment, a silent auction featuring celebrity memorabilia and original art work by local artists and a fashion show of little black dresses modeled by breast cancer survivors.

Tickets are $25 per person prior to the event and $30 at the door. Proceeds will benefit breast cancer research. For more information, call Bob or Irene Terreberry at 386-2532.
