Films at the Reg
The Reg Lenna Center for the Arts has put together an exceptional summer film series – a great option for rainy days or when you need a break from the summer heat. The next film at the Reg is “The Wind Rises” at 8 pm on Saturday, June 28th.

In "The Wind Rises," Jiro dreams of flying and designing beautiful airplanes, inspired by the famous Italian aeronautical designer Caproni. The film chronicles much of his life, depicting key historical events, including the Great Kanto Earthquake of 1923, the Great Depression, the tuberculosis epidemic and Japan's plunge into war. Directed by Hayao Miyazaki (Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away and My Neighbor Totoro.)  Nominated for an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature. Featuring the voices of Joseph Gordon-Leavitt and Emily Blunt

All seats are $5.  Tickets may be purchased at box office one hour before show time. Concession items are available individually at full price or five for $5. Another screening of “The Wind Rises” will be held Wednesday, July 2 at 8 pm.
