Lucy Comedy Fest Tickets on Sale Now

There’s quite a buzz surrounding this year’s line-up for the Lucille Ball Comedy Festival—much of it generated by the booking of comedy legend Jay Leno as the festival’s headliner. In addition to Leno’s performance, over 50 other events are planned for the five day festival. You can purchase your tickets now and read our recent blog post outlining festival activities, including another Guinness Book of Records challenge.

Rolling Hills Radio returns to the Reg Studio Theater this Thursday for its 32nd installment. This month the event will feature music from Austin “Walkin’ Cane” and Jed Curran. Austin “Walkin’ Cane” plays delta blues and sings in a rich baritone.  His nickname describes both his travels and his trials.  He’s traveled the country playing his music and walking with a cane due to an arterial venous malformation at birth.  Since 1997, the cane has been gone, but he still plays the blues to appreciate audiences around the U.S. You can learn more about the event and purchase tickets here.

The Colonize art exhibit will come to a close this weekend with one last salon featuring Elena Thomas. She will be at the Dykeman-Young Gallery this Saturday at 5 pm to discuss her craft and her work in the Colonize exhibit. For more information about the salon visit this page
